Slurry pump polyurethane spares are made by Polyurethane (PU for short), and they have a better performance than the natural rubber spares in the slurry transportation, especially in the tough conditions with corrosive and abrasive.
Compared with natural rubber material, PU material has these advantages:
Wide range of hardness- shore A 10 – shore D 64;
Excellent wear resistance with a longer work life;
Excellent hydrolysis resistance, oil, acid and alkali resistance;
Excellent flexibility, impact resistance and shock absorption;
Low friction coefficient
It is proved that the work life of PU is longer than Rubber materials for 3~5 times, which greatly reduces the replacement frequency and issues during the pumping.
