OHD Oil Lubrication High Head Slurry Pump （Repalce ZGB)

Type OHD pump are cantilevered,horizontal,centrifugal slurry pumps.They are suitable for delivering low density slurries for metallurgical,mining,coal and building material departments.The shaft seal adopts both gland seal and centrifugal seal.

Type OHD pumps operate in high speed with small volumes to save floor area.The frame plates have changeable,wear-resistant metal  liners and the impeller are made of wear-resistant metal.

A packed gland type shaft seal is also available and can be fitted with a low flow or a full flow flush seal water arrangement.

A large diameter shaft with a short overhang minimizes deflection and vibration.Heavy-duty roller bearings are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.

A minimum number if through bolts hold the pump casing to the frame .A means of impeller adjustment is provided in a convenient position below the bearing housing.

Split outer casing halves of cast or ductile iron contain the wear liners and provide high operation pressure capabilities.

The impeller may be  hard metal.Deep side sealing vanes relieve seal pressure and minimize recirculation.

Cast-in impeller threads are better suited for slurries.

Hydraulic seal rings give positive sealing between mating faces.

OHD type pump is horizontal single stage end suction with double casing slurry pump,it adopts to electric power plant .with good efficiency special for ash transportation in power plant.It adopts oil lubrication for high head operation.The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
